LookSmart

Looksmart is a flat rate ppc search engine. There was a time when these guys were great and quality traffic was practically a guarantee, now I don't recommend them to anyone.

It's just my experience and it's extensive, but it's a needless waste to list with them.  Quality traffic has gone bye bye since the 15 cent flat rate per click model.

Enough time wasted on LookSmart.
