I use a program call Webposition Gold to track my rankings. It has a built in page analysis with database to help you analyze and adjust pages for the optimal search engine compatibility and explains each element and gives recommendation for changes that can be made to your page to make it score higher.

Target your keywords and set it up to be a watch dog recording where your websites are in the listings and letting you know if there's a change. If its a drop is search engine positioning you are alerted so you can make some changes or take action to regain lost ranking.
